This document outlines the privacy protocols for Vido (the "Application"), an AI-driven service operated by Hangzhou shenduliaoyu Technology Co., Ltd ("the Entity"). Our Freemium services are delivered on an "AS IS" basis.
01. Automated Technical Telemetry
In our effort to maintain high application performance and stability, Vido automatically logs specific technical variables during your session, including:
Mobile hardware specifications and unique device identifiers (UID).
Operating system environment and associated version numbers.
Networking data, specifically IP addresses and browser configurations.
In-app behavioral analytics and feature usage frequency.
02. Specialized Processing: Facial & Biometric Data
Strict Disclosure:
Vido analyzes facial landmarks exclusively for localized image synthesis. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding the harvesting, commercial sale, or permanent storage of biometric identifiers.
2.1 Algorithmic Identification
To power our creative visual filters, Vido’s engine scans uploaded images to identify landmark coordinates (such as the positioning of eyes, nose, and mouth). This data is utilized solely to map and apply selected visual effects accurately.
2.2 Transmission & Erasure Cycles
Encrypted Transport: All user-selected media is routed to our processing nodes via industry-standard secure encryption protocols.
Immediate Synthesis: Our infrastructure performs the requested analysis, generates the synthetic output, and relays the final result back to your device instantly.
Instant Source Purge: Original media submitted for landmark analysis is permanently erased from our processing environment immediately upon completion of the task.
24-Hour Final Result Cache: Synthesized outputs are held in an encrypted temporary state for no longer than 24 hours, after which they are purged.
03. Information Provided by the User
We collect data provided during the installation and registration phases. While registration is optional, it is required to unlock specific premium functionalities.
04. Geolocation Context
Vido does not monitor or record your real-time GPS coordinates. We may infer your approximate regional location for regional optimization and strategic analytics.
05. Data Lifecycles & User Rights
Data provided by users is retained for the duration of the account’s activity and a reasonable interval thereafter. Automated system logs are archived for up to 24 months before being scrubbed.
